We watch constantly the different markets through multi-level research in order to identify the best sectors of the market, the demand and supply in each sector, thus enabling us to choose the opportunities and the attractive properties.

The properties that we identify are offered to the customers with an extensive information package. This information includes, among other things, population profile, historical and up to date price levels, history of the property, tax issues, rent potential, feasible rent prices etc.

We offer properties in the residential real estate market and in the market of vacant lots approved for building. The properties we offer include apartments, condos, private houses, buildings and vacant lots.

Mayaré international can offer customers, for an additional fee, a variety of services by layers, accountants and property managing companies that work with us.

It must be noted that our offer to purchase a property cannot imply a recommendation to buy it. It must be clear to each investor interested in buying real estate properties that such an investment is prone to risks. In each case, we urge our clients to conduct an independent research as to the profitability of the investment. We also ask our clients to consult a lawyer and an accountant as for legal aspects of the registration of ownership and the relevant tax issues. Tax payments in Israel and abroad are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
